Q: When will I receive my order?
A: If the bike you order is in stock, we will ship it within two
business days.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Credit card accounts are billed when the order is placed. For
best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case
we have any questions about your order.
Q: Can I change my order after I submit it?
A: Yes. We'll do our best to accommodate you as long as we haven't
shipped your order. If you need to make a change, please call Customer
Service at +44 (0) 1903 753 632 as soon as possible.
Q: Do you disclose any personal information to a third party?
A: Absolutely not. All of your information remains totally confidential.

Dahon warrants their frames and folding components for five years
from the date of original purchase. But wait, there's more. Dahon
offers a free upgrade to a lifetime warranty on the frame and folding
parts provided you have your bike checked and adjusted by a bicycle
technician before your first ride and you complete the online registration
card at http://www.dahon.com/registration.htm
. Since World Wheels tunes your bike up for free before sending
it to you, all you have to do for your lifetime warranty upgrade
is to go online to activate the lifetime warranty.
