A: If you find that the bike you ordered does not meet your
expectations, ship it back to us in new condition within
7 days and we'll be happy to give you a refund or credit.
You will be charged the return freight cost.

solve the problem for you.
Q: What do I do if I something on my bike needs repairing or replacing?
A: Almost all of the parts on our bikes can be repaired or replaced
by your local bicycle dealer. If your local shop can't handle it,
call us. If the part is covered by warranty, it will be sent to
you free of charge. If the part is not under warranty, we'll charge
a reasonable replacement rate.
