OUR SHIPPING INFORMATION
Q: How do you ship your products?
A: Our bikes are normally shipped by a large national courier to UK destinations free of charge. We have found through many years of experience that one particular carrier is a lot better than most of the others. They cost us a bit more, but we get far fewer damaged bikes and it is a well worth it. For delivery to most EU destinations we charge an extra £40.00 for 16” and 20” wheel Bikes and £80.00 for 26” wheel bikes.
For other worldwide destinations we will quote the cost on a one-off basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Applies only for standard delivery service. Entire order must be
shipped to a single address. Only applies to orders to be shipped
to a valid geographical address in the UK or EU. Not available for
shipments to P.O. boxes. Customer responsible for all shipping costs
for returned merchandise.
Q: How are your bikes shipped?
A: We ship our bikes to you in re-usable, re-cyclable cardboard
cartons.
Q: Do you ship to international locations?
A: Yes. We'll ship anywhere in the world. Contact us and we'll give
you a quote for freight. Be advised that some countries may charge
you a duty for your bicycle.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: If the bike you order is in stock, we will ship it within two
business days.
